He served as President and CEO of Suite Living facilities in Hugo, Blaine, White Bear Lake,North Branch, and Champlin, all in Minnesota. Brian has over 25 years of extensive multi-site senior housingmanagement experience in retirement living, assisted living, memory care and specialty senior services. Brianhas developed, owned and /or operated over 28 communities since 1999.

Mr. Markoe brings over thirty years of experience in the Healthcare Industry. He founded, owned and operateda total of 128 group homes throughout the Twin Cities area and pioneered the group home/home care modelfor the State of Minnesota in the late 80’s by providing 24-hour Nursing care to ventilator dependent patients,as well as people with spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries. Over the years he has worked closelywith Mr. Winges on several projects developing Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in the State of Minnesota.

Stuart Bestul, Principal DigniSuites , LLC and President of CBS Construction Services Inc., has over 35 years of
experience in the Construction Industry including the management, development and construction of quality
housing in various communities across the United States. During the past 35 years, Stuart has specialized in
developing senior housing rental projects and has created hundreds of senior housing rental units. Today
Stuart is a partner in Assisted Living/Memory Care facilities in several states and continues to partner with
new DigniSuites communities. The highly successful operation of that facility provides the basis for the
business model as proposed for the planned facilities.
Stuart Bestul
Cody Bestul, Principal DigniSuites, LLC and Manager of CBS Construction Services Inc., has years in the
Construction and Health Care Industries as a project manager, business analyst and financial analyst having
worked not only for the construction trades, but also with the health care providers and operators as well as
the insurance industry (OPTUM). This background provides a strong foundation for providing financial
expertise to DigniSuites’ partners during the development process.
Cody Bestul
CBS was lucky enough to bring Matt onboard while he was in college. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stout with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, emphasizing Construction Management. Matt started working for us in the field and through lots of hard work and amazing dedication has worked his way up to the position of Senior Project Manager and Partner.
Matt is a thrill seeker who enjoys motocross, hockey, and the outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys being with family and teaching his young kids the adventures of life.
